What the plan includes
Supplier and plot collection
A request link that works on any phone — no supplier account, no app, offline in the field. Answers are checked before they enter your record.
Deterministic file checks and repair
GeoJSON checked against the cited EUDR format rules, supported geometry repaired, every finding naming its rule.
Recorded satellite evidence
Every plot checked by the FAO / Open Foris Whisp method against the 31 December 2020 cut-off, with the cited evidence chain recorded for an auditor.
Fail-safe evidence handling
Missing or unreadable evidence blocks the record and stays visibly open. It is never converted into a favourable result.
Evidence dossier and portal handoff
An append-only evidence history, an immutable approved dossier, a structural DDS review and a checklist for the official EU portal.
What it deliberately does not include
- Legal advice, or a complete Articles 9–11 risk conclusion. The record carries the evidence; the judgement stays yours.
- Compliance verdicts. A satellite non-detection is evidence for one EUDR criterion, never a certificate — no number on screen is a legal conclusion.
